Finally, you will be required to provide the Ethereum wallet address or multisig address you wish to use to receive your tokens. If you do not have one, check the “How can I get an Ethereum Wallet for my Tokens?” question below. Important: please do not use your Ethereum wallet address from an exchange, such as Coinbase, as they are not prepared to receive tokens, and tokens may be allocated to the exchange and not to you. Use an Ethereum wallet you directly control.
Your tokens are directly issued to your own Ethereum wallet, so that you hold direct custody of them. In the following questions we describe what an Ethereum wallet is, how to get one, and how to register it for this offering.
Tokens on the Ethereum Blockchain must be held in an Ethereum wallet. An Ethereum wallet is simply an address (very similar to an email address) that you control, and in which you can store and manage your tokens. Ethereum wallets have cryptographic security functions, so that by keeping your private key safe (similar to your email password), your tokens are secure.

Our tokens are compliant with all regulations, and therefore, in order to receive financial benefits from tokens you hold, you must hold them in a wallet that is connected to you, and has passed regulatory checks, such as KYC/AML, as well as meeting any regulator accreditation (where required) and other local regulations.
Important: please do not use your Ethereum address from an exchange, such as Coinbase, as they are not prepared to receive tokens, and tokens may be allocated to the exchange and not to you. Use an Ethereum wallet you directly control.

There are many ways in which you can obtain an Ethereum Wallet. The site www.myetherwallet.com allows you to create web-based wallets to keep your tokens.

There are also hardware-based wallets (like the Ledger Nano) that provide an extra level of security.

Tokens are issued to purchasers twenty-one (21) days after the completion of the Offering Period (Issuance Date), and are issued to your nominated Ethereum wallet.

You may update your wallet address at any time prior to Issuance Date via the Investor Dashboard.

Once tokens have been issued, the information is available in the “Tokens & Payouts” section.

If at the Issuance Date, you have not provided a wallet address, your tokens will be shown as part of the Treasury, and you may send them to your wallet once you register the address in the Investor Dashboard.
You can add several wallets via the dashboard. Simply add a new wallet address and then set it as the wallet to receive tokens after you have added it. By adding a wallet, you are confirming you are responsible for its ownership and the tokens it contains.
The tokens will be able to be resold through our Designated Exchange(s), which will be announced at a later date. The Token is a restricted security under the Securities Act and as such, there is a condition of non-resale within the US for a year imposed on the token.
Yes, you can move your tokens to another wallet you own. To do so, simply register your additional wallet(s) via the Investor Dashboard, and wait for confirmation that it has been successfully assigned to you. By adding a wallet to the Investor Dashboard you are confirming you are responsible for its ownership and the tokens it contains. You may then freely move your tokens within your personally owned wallets.
